WCCR is a physician owned site managed by Dr. Eugene Dula, Medical Director. The WCCR staff is a dedicated
team of experienced research professionals: physicians, nurses and clinical

A board certified urologist, Dr. Dula has been the principle investigator on more than 120 clinical trials focusing on urological diseases. A noted author and lecturer, Dr. Dula also consults for major pharmaceutical companies, assisting in the development of drug protocols. Dr. Dula holds a medical degree from Mt. Sinai in New York, and completed urology training at Kaiser Foundation in Los Angeles. He is a Board Certified Urologist and a fellow of The American College of Surgeons.
